Kindergarten Registration 2023-2024
Kindergarten parent orientation meetings will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. for Roaring Brook School and Pine Grove School.
Children whose 5th birthday falls on or before January 1, 2024 are eligible to attend kindergarten in the 2023-2024 school year. Kindergarten registration is a two-step online process, which is now open.
Step 1:
✔ Visit Avon Public Schools
✔ Use the parents and student drop down menu to navigate to the registration page
✔ Click on Request to Register and submit the paperwork
Step 2:
✔ Receive an email from APS Registrar with PowerSchool login instructions
✔ Upload proof of your child’s identity and proof of residency into PowerSchool
✔ Complete Enrollment Packet in PowerSchool
In order to register your child, you will need the following documents
Proof of your child’s identity:
● original US birth certificate, or
● current US passport, or
● foreign original birth certificate with a current passport
Proof of residency (must include name & current address):
● current signed lease and utility bill, or
● mortgage statement and utility bill, or
● warranty deed/title and utility bill
